We stayed with our Frenchie Baxter, and the staff were so sweet to him. They gave him a bed, bowls, a mat for his food bowls, and a plush toy. He was thrilled. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance of almost everything, yet very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come again.

10/10
The staff were kind throughout, and especially accommodating about late checkout. The small extras were lovely, including L'Occitane bath products and free non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-bar. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It’s very central and close to everything, but somehow completely peaceful inside. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend it. The picture is of the cathedral outside the hotel, very cool.

10/10
The hotel is charming and well placed for walking to all the main tourist sights, with a view over a 12th century chearch. The room was a little small but very comfortable, and there’s a lift. Staff were very pleasant and gave good advice. Don’t miss Musée des Beaux-arts, the stunning Roman mosaics on top of Fourviere (cable car), or the Bocuse Halles, a top food hall.

2/10
They had booked months ahead, but when our clients arrived, the hotel said it was overbooked. It was difficult not to suspect they’d chosen a direct booking that paid more over honoring a confirmed reservation. Staff seemed more interested in getting them out of the lobby than finding a real solution. A very disappointing response.

We slept really well here: the room was quiet and comfortable, even on a busy weekend, and the hotel is close to everything while still feeling tucked away. Lilou at reception was especially kind and pointed out good places to visit in town. Great service all around, and we’d happily stay again.
