It’s right next to the Gare and was very neat and clean. All the staff were pleasant, and there was a generous selection at breakfast. The shower water flow and room temperature control weren’t working, though this wasn’t too much of a problem to report and get fixed. A nice experience overall.

The hotel is directly outside the train station, which made it very convenient for our train trip. Our room was clean, spacious, and well insulated, so we didn’t hear any noise. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. There’s also a nice area by reception set aside for work and informal meetings.

A good, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and catered well for gluten free. It’s a two minute walk from the train station, which made it ideal for our stop while traveling through France to Italy.

We liked having water in the lobby, since it was easy to refill our bottles at night or on the way out. This was our second stay at the Mercure, mainly because getting to the station, metro, or train is so convenient. The room was nice and basic, with the toilet separate from the shower, and we love that the windows open. Our internet didn't work this time and staff couldn't get it fixed, so they moved us down a couple of floors. We lost some of the view, but we weren't in the room much. My husband did have a little work to do, though, so he needed the Wi-Fi. The hotel also has an accessible restaurant and bar, but we didn't use them on this visit.

The reception had coffee, herbal water, and almonds coated in something, which was a nice welcome. Our room was very large, and it had a separate toilet. Clarins products were provided too. The Mercure felt grand, modern, and beautiful, and the staff were professional and helpful. It's right beside the train station as well.
