The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fine, breakfast was okay, and the desk staff were nice. But the room was very small, and I found the air quality bad even with the AC running. I had to keep opening the window, otherwise I had trouble sleeping and breathing. The TV is fixed to the wall, so there's no way to plug in a USB stick to watch my own films.

The convenient location and clean, tidy feel of the hotel made for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the friendly front desk team. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. Sandie was especially warm, enthusiastic, and professional, and made the visit even nicer. We'd consider staying here again if we come back to Lyon.

The staff were so kind and patient when I left a sentimental item in my room. By the time I realized, I couldn't return to France to get it, but they went to great lengths to arrange shipping to Mexico and helped me through every step until it was back with me. I can't recommend the hotel enough for that. It's also very comfortable and works well for a business trip or short stay, with a practical location near Gare La Part-Dieu.

The staff were so helpful and kind, and the price felt very reasonable. After heavy rain in the city, they gave us towels and let us use a heater to warm up. They also went out of their way to offer us a few honeymoon perks. Would definitely recommend!

The team really made this a great stay: friendly, professional, proactive, polite, and always around when needed. The place was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities close by. Thanks again. Whether you're in Lyon for work or for yourself, this is a good spot.
