I stayed one night before an early train, and the hotel couldn't be closer to the station and car rental returns. It's basic, but had what I needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was basic too, but did the job, and starting at 5:30 am matters for travelers. My only complaint: the safes in both our rooms weren't working.

We had a great time in Lyon, and this excellent hotel made it even better. All the staff, from reception to the breakfast team, were always friendly and pleasant. We had a couple of booking problems, but they sorted them out courteously and to our satisfaction. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. We stayed three nights. Since we live in an old farmhouse, we switch off air conditioning and heating right away. After the second day, with the windows open and the outside temperature at -2°, the room was still comfortably cool enough. The location on the la Villette side is ideal, right by Lyon Part-Dieu Gare (station). Old Lyon is a 20-minute walk, and the express tram takes 30 minutes to the airport. I'll stay again. Merci!

The breakfast menu was very nice and delicious, and reception staff were friendly every day, across every shift. The hotel is near the train station, with public transport right in front. You can tap your card instead of buying a ticket at the machine, and the C9 bus will take you downtown. Enjoy your visit.

It's a basic hotel, but it has what you need. The rooms were clean and the staff polite and courteous. Breakfast had a good choice, with fresh fruit and eggs, scrambled or boiled, replenished often. That's what I expect from an Accor hotel.
