It depends on the room you get. Some are beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped, while others are really noisy and very cold.

The room was modern, clean and nice. The owner was very nice too, and breakfast was good. Parking was available. A positive experience, thank you.

For around €150 a night, we expected much better cleanliness, upkeep and soundproofing. The host was friendly, the location was convenient, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and stable, better than at many other places in France. It's about a ten-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Getting there was straightforward, but to enter you have to wait on the street in front of the gate and call until someone opens it. Depending on traffic, that can be unpleasant. After that, there's a basic gravel parking space right beside the room. The host greeted us warmly, asked what we'd like for breakfast, and made it individually the next morning. The room is compact but practical, with a kitchenette that has a microwave, stove, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and fridge. The furniture and appliances are a bit dated, which would've been fine for a B&B. But the advertised air conditioning only worked as a heater, and by the end of April it was already warm enough to need proper cooling. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. It looked like the room had only been vacuumed superficially, with dust everywhere, a dirty, sticky fridge, and obvious, smelly mold and water damage. As someone with a dust mite allergy, I found that a serious issue. The soundproofing advertised on Booking.com wasn't adequate either. Noise from activities at the nearby school or club premises was quite audible and disturbing if you wanted peace and quiet. The pool listed on the platform was closed during our late-April stay. That would've been fine if it had been made clear beforehand. Ratings: food quality good, atmosphere satisfactory, relaxation satisfactory, value for money poor, parking satisfactory, service good, sanitary facilities and extras adequate, location and surroundings good. Winter suitability and electric-car suitability weren't specified.

It’s a charming little place with parking, though the road and tram stop are almost next door. The welcome is warm, and they help straight away if you have questions. Breakfast is very tasty, served on the terrace or in your room when the weather's bad: croissants and baguette with jam, butter and honey. Shops are about half an hour away. Thank you so much!
