I was charged a €100 deposit and, three weeks later, I’m still trying to get it back. Customer service is just an automated system that gets nothing sorted, and I can’t reach the owners. The accommodation also wasn’t as described. There’s no air conditioning and no sofa bed, so be aware. A terrible experience. Avoid this place.

My first booking at this property through Booking.com went badly. The instructions weren’t clear, so I couldn’t get the keys. I also couldn’t reach the support number, which used a premium-rate +44 code. I had to book a hotel room instead, and the manager wouldn’t reimburse me even after Booking.com tried to negotiate. I’d avoid this place.

It’s a small apartment, but laid out very practically. We never struggled to park in front of the building, and the area has plenty of parking. Getting around Lyon was easy on foot or by public transport.

There was no key in the lockbox when I arrived at night, so I had to find a hotel for the evening. The manager then refused to reimburse me. Scam.

The host was helpful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It’s decorated with care and felt like home.
