At first the landlord came across as pleasant, but the stay turned into a nightmare as soon as we got into the apartment. There were cobwebs, a stained towel, and the hygiene was awful. When we called to complain, he denied it all, and there was no way to have a proper conversation with him.

Lilian made us feel so welcome, and Cedrik even called to see if everything was okay while he was recovering from an illness. We had a short stay in Old Lyon in a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind apartment with really tasteful decor. I’d happily come back and recommend it.
