Hôtel Victoria Lyon Perrache Confluence

The hotel is in a quiet area, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and friendly. It’s well located for Perrache Tram & Metro, and cleaning was done every day. Breakfast was rich, too. Since the room features are already disclosed, I won’t say this exists or that does not. I can only say the bathroom unit should have been a bit larger. It’s a good-value hotel, and I highly recommend it.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but circumstances brought me there. One of the receptionists impressed me with his kindness, especially since I wasn’t even a guest.

Being able to bring our own food and eat in the shared area was handy. The team here also changed how I think about French hospitality: everyone at reception was attentive, and the spot works well for getting around, with trams, buses, and trains close by. I’m glad I picked it and would come back. Breakfast at 12 euros could still be better in both quality and quantity.

The room was comfortable and clean, though the single room I had was small and the toilet especially cramped. It worked well enough for a few nights. The hotel is close to Perrache station and there are several restaurants nearby, which made the location really convenient. Staff were attentive, polite, and the breakfast had a good range of options.
