CMG Porte de Châtillon - Malakoff V

After finally getting inside, I found a shabby, dirty room: mold in the bathroom, a dirty floor, and a sofa bed full of holes and faded with age, marked by yellowish and brown stains. I shudder to think what happened there. The thin walls let all the neighbors’ noise through, and in the morning I spotted tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. Getting into the residence was a mess from the start. There was no confirmation with the codes and keys for the room’s key box. I arrived at 9 pm and was stranded without a room until midnight. Customer service took hours to reach; they only understood the request half the time and were in no hurry to call us back, even though it was urgent. Finally getting in felt like an obstacle course worthy of Fort Boyard. It’s overpriced and unsanitary, a shameful, disgusting place. Avoid it at all costs. I wish I didn’t have to give it one star, because it deserves zero.
