Save yourself the trouble and don’t book this place. What the listing says isn’t what you get, and it felt like a disgrace. You’re stuck in a family room with no way to do anything about the situation. There was noise at home, with dinner being prepared and appliances like a blender running. It sounded like a washing machine was going too. The room we slept in was the parents’ room. When guests came, the parents slept in the living room. Everyone shares the shower and toilets, so there’s no privacy. Shame.

Cécile and Benoit were lovely hosts, and the room was spotless. The setting was relaxing too. Everything made for an easy, stress-free stay. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly!

The hosts knew the area well and had great local tips. Ask them about the cool pub ;) Our small room was charming, and we really liked the hosts. We stayed three nights in Paris, and this was an ideal base. The train station is about 1 km away and gets you to the city center quickly. We’d definitely come back. Breakfast was a little meager to me. A fresh baguette would have made it perfect.

For our one night in Paris, we found a cozy room, a warm welcome, and a traditional French breakfast. Best of all was the little garden behind the gate, wild and full of flowers, with honeysuckle scent in the air and a magnificent fig tree shading it. A lovely discovery.
