The rooms were good, but the staff are what made this one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the breakfast host was wonderful. I'm fussy about coffee, and when Hakim noticed I wasn't enjoying mine, he offered to make another on their professional espresso machine. He anticipated what I needed before I even realized it. I left very happy.

I would strongly advise looking for another place. The location shown for the hotel on Google Maps and Waze is simply wrong, and there isn't a single sign showing how to get there. It's especially hard to find at night. We spent 30 minutes driving around before calling for directions. I understand the hotel is brand new, but this seems easy to address. Also, it isn't an IBIS airport hotel in the sense of being close by, it's a 20-minute drive from the airport. There was no tea, coffee, water, minibar, or welcome fruit or drinks in the room or concierge.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but getting there and away was just too difficult, so I wouldn't stay again. It's in an industrial estate and nowhere near the airport. The Google Maps pin is wrong, and our taxi spent 20 minutes trying to find the entrance after picking us up at the airport. The next morning we asked reception to call a taxi, waited 40 minutes, and it never came. We missed our train.

Handy place to stay near the airport, with a supermarket and several restaurants just a one-minute walk away.

Really nice, clean hotel, and the staff were very helpful. The airport is nearby. I'll come back.
