Hôtel Restaurant Le Parisien

We felt right at home thanks to the charming owners and welcoming waiters. The food was high quality, and we had an exceptional evening beside the river. We came back for a second visit, which confirmed our first impression. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel's calm garden and little terrace "below deck" were lovely places to read, play board games or take an afternoon siesta in the fresh air. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Hotel Le Parisien, and the family-run staff were both friendly and professional. They made us feel at home quickly and were happy to share what they knew about the region. Our room was clean and delicately decorated, with lots of daylight and a beautiful view of the Tarn river. The interior has a lot of taste, and we especially liked the beautiful artwork around the house. We ate at the hotel restaurant every evening. The menu changes daily, and the chef uses fresh local ingredients to make dishes we didn’t want to miss. The kind, efficient service was another reason we kept coming back. Les Vignes is a great base for exploring on foot, canoeing down Gorges du Tarn to see the impressive canyons, or biking through the valley and the surrounding plateaus. We really enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel, with its outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere.

We went for dinner and would happily return. There were only a few dishes to choose from, two in our case, which is often a good sign, and both were super delicious. The prices were really fair too. It’s a fantastic place au bord de la rivière, run by nice, friendly people.

It’s a fairly basic hotel, with no frills and rather spartan rooms, but good value for money. The family-run staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. It’s very well located for exploring Gorges du Tarn and the surrounding area. Definitely recommend.
