The sink in our room didn’t drain properly. The rooms are very small, so with more than one person and several suitcases, organizing your things is difficult. Getting the free Wi-Fi also means signing up for the free loyalty program.

The team at Ibis Styles were lovely, and the food was amazing. Caio Luiz deserves a special thank you. He was a wonderful waiter with a lovely smile, and his enthusiastic, professional service made a real impression on me. Thank you, Caio. I highly recommend the restaurant.

I’m very grateful to the staff for being there during my stay, especially since I was in town for a family medical procedure. They were excellent the whole time, warm and helpful, and Mireille in particular was great.

I accidentally lost my laptop, and the staff found it, held onto it, and sent it back home to me. They were very polite and helped with the kids, too. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff were accommodating.

The location is very nice and the service is good. You do have to leave an £80 deposit as collateral after paying for the booked days.
