The staff are good, and it could have been a lovely stay, but the walls are paper-thin and you can hear plumbing from the unit above. One afternoon, ten entitled and rude women had a photoshoot. They made a lot of noise on their phones and talked loudly between 9 and 9.30pm, then again from 12.30 to 1am and from 4 to 4.30am after they came back from the nightclub. Stay here if that sounds fine to you.

The room was comfortable and the place was calm, and we felt welcome right from reception. I spent two nights here with my father, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The hotel was better than I expected. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 🌟

The large room had a big shower, and the bedroom staff were helpful. The waiting staff were friendly and welcoming. There are transport links for all of Paris right next door, a few pubs and restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket close by. There’s also an onsite laundry room, but it has only one washer, and the gym is okay. Reception, though, was unwelcoming and unhelpful. I had to buy batteries for the bedroom remote, and was told it would take an hour to get extra milk. There’s no chest of drawers in the bedroom. My fridge was warm; reception said that was normal, even though three others in my group had the same issue and got theirs replaced. The gym was passable, but the treadmill had a glitch that wasn’t fixed in three weeks. The water dispenser kept running out, and reception wouldn’t refill it. They made you leave your things in the gym and go down one flight for water, or just go without. Breakfast was sizable but sometimes cold, with flies around the food left out. The onsite bar and cafe never opened during the month we were there. It’s okay for a couple of nights, but I’d try somewhere else for a longer stay.

The room was fine, nothing special, but a constant hiss from the ceiling kept me from sleeping properly. I told reception, and they said they’d send someone to check, but the noise never stopped. Check-in was odd too. Online check-in didn’t work, and at reception they said they’d put a random 600 EUR “deposit” on my card. That feels like a weird, outdated practice. For a hotel that markets itself as upscale and business-friendly, I expected better. Honestly, any random 3-star Premier Inn would have been better.
