There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a grocery store and movie theater, and the neighborhood feels safe and easy to walk around. The hotel is close to the train station, with service to Paris taking about an hour. Staff were great, the whole place smelled lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. My room was clean and very quiet. I also liked having sparkling water stations on every floor. I’d stay again.

The location and room were good, and booking through booking.com went smoothly at first. They said I also had to pay tourist tax, which I did. Later, when I checked my expenses a week after the stay, I realized I’d also been charged for a breakfast I never had. The charge was listed in French, so I hadn’t noticed it earlier. I followed their refund instructions, but months have passed and I still haven’t received the money.

For getting around Massy or connecting to central Paris, this was a reliable choice. Mercure Paris Massy Gare TGV is right by the TGV station, which made travel and business connections easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed for a short or work stay. I had a pleasant, practical visit.

The staff all had a really nice attitude, and check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. My room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant options were good. A handy spot near Orly Airport. I had a very nice stay.

The hotel itself was comfortable and nice, and the rooms were clean. Its location works for nearby events, though Paris is a long way off, at least 40 minutes by train.
