The house has two large bedrooms, which worked well for a family with children, and it even had the gear needed for toddlers. It was very clean, with a private garage, and check-in was straightforward. The host was super friendly, communication was easy, and we got a warm welcome. The setting is a quiet neighborhood in a small village, yet shops and services like a bookstore, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and a pizzeria are close by. It's a good-value base for the Loire Valley châteaux, about 15 minutes from Chambord and roughly 30 from Cheverny. We highly recommend it.

Having private parking was a real bonus. The accommodation is superb and well equipped, and its location is ideal for exploring the Loire Valley castles. Our host was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
