Quiet setting beside the local forest, and the hotel is very nicely located. The rooms were very clean, with a kettle, coffee and tea, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were kind, breakfast was very good though a little expensive, and parking was free. For similar prices and star ratings, I found it much better than other Paris hotels.

I’m still waiting for my 150 euro deposit, more than a month after my October stay during a trip to Paris. I called twice and was told it would be returned, but nothing has happened. This is unacceptable from a so-called four-star hotel. The service feels untrustworthy and unprofessional, and the hotel doesn’t seem to take responsibility for its guests. Travelers, be warned. The hotel should be ashamed.

A lovely little hotel on the edge of Paris, with easy access and lots of amenities nearby. The bus stop is right outside, and the 179 and 291 get you to the nearest metro in just a few minutes. We booked it for less than our previous Airbnb. Definitely recommend it.

The beds were hard, the sheets were dirty, and there was hair in the beds. It was hot and oddly uncomfortable, with no air conditioning or fans. Cleanliness wasn’t great either.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Hôtel Paris Meudon Ermitage on March 31, 2025. At check-in they charged me a €450 deposit and said it would be refunded after checkout. I still haven’t received it. I was told it couldn’t be returned, but given no explanation or supporting documents. This is unacceptable and goes against the service conditions and hospitality standards. I demand the full €450 back immediately, along with a written explanation. If this isn’t resolved within 5 business days, I’ll take it to the relevant consumer protection authorities in France and dispute it with my payment provider. I also reserve the right to post about my experience on major review platforms. Please respond. I expect this to be handled urgently.
