Hotel Family and Spa

The restaurant menu was excellent, and the food was really high quality and tasty. We found the staff there just as friendly as the hotel team. They were helpful with local tips on places to visit and always greeted us warmly when we came back. The whole stay added a lot to our time in the mountains. The hotel suits all ages, with a well-kept outdoor pool open at any time, recently renovated-looking rooms, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom in great shape. Like if you agree ☺️

We were very disappointed and are now trying to find a way to contact logis France. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The receptionist and the owner were very hospitable, but we don't think the hotel merits three stars or is worth about 100 euros a night. Our room was tiny, so we had to book a triple for two just to have room to move. The towels smelled and were thin and poor quality. The breakfast was okay, but the dining hall was crowded despite COVID 19. On our first morning we came down around 9:30 and almost everything was gone, even though breakfast was supposed to run until 10:30. The owner didn't put out another round, so we had to get up early just to eat the breakfast we'd paid 9 euros each for. Thin walls meant we were woken at 7 every morning by a group of travelers. The pool was available, but the chairs there were very old and broken.

The staff are nice, but the rooms are small, there's no AC, and the Wi-Fi comes and goes. It's also hard to get in touch with the hotel.

It's really hard to reach the hotel directly. If you're trying to book a room and have questions, look somewhere else.
