The gîte was lovely, warm and cosy, and the kids had a great time playing in the garden. Our kind hosts gave us some eggs from their chickens. We'll be back!!

We spent five peaceful days here, and the beautiful countryside helped us unwind. There are lots of naturally lovely places to explore nearby, including freshwater lakes where you can swim. Rich and Katie's Gites are fabulous, and they're hosts who go out of their way to help. We're already looking forward to coming back over the New Year.

Katie arranged an on-site massage, which was the biggest bonus for my wife. We had a fantastic week at Gites de Montcabirol with our two little girls, and the gite was set up for young children, with things like stair gates and high chairs. A gated pool, playground and toys kindly provided by Katie and Rich kept the girls busy all week. Mirepoix, with its many bars and restaurants, is only minutes away. I can't rate this place highly enough and we'll definitely return!

Katie and Rich were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. Their stunning gites have all the modern conveniences, and the secluded setting was calm and relaxing, a lovely escape from everyday stresses.
