We rented it for a week over New Year's. The large living room and kitchen were useful, and there was outdoor space where the children could play. It was clean, with one bathroom and two separate showers. A bakery and shopping center are close by, as are Carrefour and Lidl.

There was only one bathroom for 13 people. It had two showers, but having them in the same bathroom wasn't very useful. The bedding was very average, and the promised firewood wasn't provided. We ended up renting another cottage so each couple could have some privacy. Although the listing says five bedrooms, there are really only 3.5, and you have to go through one bedroom to reach another. There's also a pull-out bed in the hallway and a flimsy fake sofa bed in the living room, neither of which was mentioned. The listing doesn't match reality. Utilities are charged separately at the end, and the amount was excessive: €85 for electricity for four days, on top of the rental price. Imagine what that would be for a month. It was mediocre accommodation with hefty extra costs. Avoid it.

The bedding was mediocre, and the place lacked basic equipment like a stove, toaster, cutlery, and dishes. Safety for children needs improvement, and the industrial area and nearby nightclub made for a noisy environment. For a week, it was very average and too expensive for the quality of service. A lot needs attention.
