Hotel Restaurant Le Printemps

The owners and staff are very welcoming, and the French breakfast is good. I come to this hotel often for business and especially enjoy the excellent dishes, which change with the seasons. The rooms are nice and clean, though in six stays I’ve only seen two of them.

The room was in poor shape, with stains everywhere, and I could hear people walking along the corridor. I’d chosen to stay a night based on the photos on Google, but they didn’t show the room’s actual condition.

We ended up spending the night in our car in front of the hotel. After visiting a friend, we returned late and couldn’t get in. No one had told us the hotel’s closing time or given us the door code. The closing time wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and its Facebook page says it’s open 24 hours, which wasn’t true. We tried calling repeatedly for help but got no answer. We looked for another hotel, but they were all booked, which wasn’t surprising so late at night. The reception and communication were terrible. This was completely unacceptable, and I strongly do not recommend staying here. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation.

We had an incredible experience with the customer service, which was very respectful. It’s a beautiful place for a couple or a family.
