Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe

The hot water was the big problem for us. We stayed three nights in early January, and after 10PM the showers were especially cold, which was miserable in the winter weather. Reception said on the first day that the heating system had a problem because of the January 1st holiday. It happened again the following night, and one person in our group became ill. On the third night we got back earlier and the water was hot, so it seemed the hotel couldn't keep up with demand after peak shower times. If you can shower early, it should be fine. Otherwise, be prepared for cold showers in winter. We were four people in a two-bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a small kitchen equipped for quick meals. The location is handy, about a 17-minute bus ride from Disney, and the price was very competitive.

The staff were the best part, so kind. The room was very large and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of typical French products. The bus stop for Disneyland is right across from the hotel, and the ride takes only a few minutes. For the price, it was excellent. I really recommend it if you're visiting Disneyland.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, and getting to Disneyland was easy with a bus stop less than 10 metres away, right there for boarding and getting off. The two women at reception were lovely, though the man seemed fed up with tourists. Breakfast at €15 per person felt a bit expensive for standard food.

I was pleasantly surprised, since the price had me expecting less. The rooms are clean and spacious, and check-in was quick. Staff were friendly too. It's a great spot for getting around: bakeries, barbers, a grocery shop and fast food are all within a 2-minute walk, while Disneyland Paris is a 5-minute taxi ride away. The big shopping mall with its designer outlet is also a short taxi ride away. It's a nice area for a walk or bike ride as well. Highly recommend!
