The staff were lovely, especially the person at breakfast who remembered our room number the next day. The room was spotless, and the bed and bedding were excellent. We had a great stay.

Breakfast was fine, and the beds were good. The room was clean but small, and the shower and air conditioning both worked well. There’s no fridge or safe, but for a short stay that wasn’t a problem. The price is low for what you get, so it’s very good value.

The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean with roomy bathrooms. It’s a great base for Montluçon, right by the old centre and the river. Recommended all round.

We liked being able to walk to the historic centre, and the underground parking next door was both handy and inexpensive. The staff were very friendly too. The hotel had the usual B&B chain standard, which suited us perfectly for an overnight stop in Montluçon.

We arrived to find the baby bed already set up, which was a nice touch. The room and bed were nice, and the breakfast was standard but good. I didn’t get to check out the location properly, though it seemed to be right in the centre of Montluçon. It’s a typical Ibis.
