The people were amazing, and it was definitely good for the price. There’s AC, water, and a full kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine. It’s well connected to the rest of the city and at most 8 mins from the train station. There’s a laundrette just around the corner. Truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

The room was small but clean, quite central, and very noisy. The sofa bed couldn’t be used because a cable lock prevented it, and there wasn’t enough bedding. Access was complicated, and we weren’t given an essential code. I wouldn’t go again myself.

The location is decent, close to the city centre, and the double bed is comfortable. Those are the only real positives. The building feels old and run-down, and photos of another building show only a small part of the actual place, the terrace. There’s fake grass on the dirty terrace, seemingly to cover up the building’s age. The soundproofing shutters don’t work. The elevator is very old and small, even though it had maintenance a few days earlier. The bathroom was clean, but its door is broken and the lock unusable. The double bed was fine, but the sofa bed wasn’t usable: its pillows were soft, deflated, and insufficient, and the clean sheets were wrinkled. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cleanliness wasn’t great, and I had a bad experience here. The first night in peak season was €70, then the second was €24. I wonder if we’ll ever know why, booking fees, cleaning fees, and so on. You have to book several nights and clean thoroughly. Only one of the three apartments has a balcony, and the fuses blew.

The rental was nicely decorated and well equipped, and the city centre is only 800m away. But arriving at 9 pm meant we couldn’t really enjoy the area, which doesn’t have many restaurants in the evening. The price on the website was €56, then checkout added €5 for sheets, €5 for towels, €30 for cleaning, and €3.60 tourist tax. That made the room €86.80, the price of a hotel room in the city centre with service. It was a bit of a surprise.
