My family was left without a place to stay when the chalet cancelled within 48 hours of confirming my fully paid booking. I’d already booked flights and ski lessons. It seemed they had someone staying longer, and they blamed the Agent with a lot of waffle. They showed no concern that I might lose thousands on flights and other costs. I complained and asked them to cover my expenses, but never heard back. Disgraceful behaviour.

The owners gave us a very warm welcome, and this was our second stay, after enjoying the chalet in 2021. It’s close to the town center but still a peaceful spot in nature, with free shuttles nearby. The living areas are spacious, which is especially nice with young children, and the chalet has all the amenities we wanted. Everything came together for a fantastic stay.

We had a lovely stay in a chalet that’s spacious enough for 14 people and decorated with taste. Valérie and Jean-Christophe took great care of us and welcomed us warmly. It’s close to the town center, with a beautiful mountain view. Thank you both. See you soon, Maryline.

I come back to this magnificent chalet in Morzine every year, in summer and winter. The bedrooms have comfortable, high-quality bedding, and the living room is a lovely place to relax with its south-facing view. The garden and jacuzzi are a real bonus.
