The apartments are furnished in a really cozy way. They're near the beautiful mountain town Moustiers Sainte Marie and the stunning Gorges du Verdon. Our elderly hostess was kind, too.

Breakfast was very nice, and I'd recommend it. The owner and her mother gave us a warm welcome and were very friendly. We could chat easily enough in English. The pool looked lovely, though we didn't get to try it.

Madame is so kind and sweet, and the pool and its surroundings are wonderful on a summer day. It's a beautiful, quiet place to relax, about a 15-minute walk from the village. Our room was clean and cool, and the bed was very comfortable. Bring cash to pay, and get it beforehand.

6/10
We had a mountain view, which was nice, and the location is amazing, near a small village and not far from the river and canyon. But the room wasn't quiet or soundproof as advertised, and construction on other small buildings was quite loud. It was also difficult to communicate with the owner in English. Some expected and advertised B&B services and features weren't there. The room was cluttered, with the closets for clothes full or locked, and some of the equipment was broken.

The view was superb, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was nice. The hosts were very friendly and shared some hidden gems and tips for nearby places to eat. We shared a suite while they stayed nearby, a bit like Airbnb, and it made for a great B&B experience. The WiFi was poor, but we didn't mind since we were there to unwind in the countryside. It worked best by the row of potted plants.
