Résidence le Jardin d'Edo

The staff were friendly and attentive, and both check-in and checkout were seamless. We found the location convenient too. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

The bed could've been a bit bigger, but we had a comfortable one-night stay. The room was well equipped, and the staff were very nice.

The room was peaceful, and the electric shutters are handy if you want privacy. Our studio was really spacious, especially the bathroom, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. Free parking is available, though it depends on availability. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it.

We’ve stayed here regularly, but this visit was extremely poor. At reception, when I raised what had happened, the receptionist was arrogant and aggressive, with a haughty tone, no real listening, and a defensive attitude. Someone presented themselves as the manager but gave no clear explanation or apology. Staff chatting to each other in another language at the desk also left us feeling very uncomfortable and excluded. The incident started at 10:50 AM, ten minutes before our 11:00 AM checkout. The “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door, but an employee knocked and immediately opened it without waiting for us to answer. We were inside. She acknowledged opening the door but denied entering, although we saw her step into the entryway when we opened the door fully. Fifteen minutes later she came back with another person to ask if we were leaving, even though we were still within checkout time and there was no particular emergency. I’ve never seen such persistence. There were other shortcomings too: no bathrobes for the pool, no towels provided after showering, and visible dust in the closets when we put our clothes away. Opening the door before checkout despite the sign, returning to press us again, partly denying what happened, and the aggressive response at reception all fell far short of the professionalism we expected. Management should take this very seriously.
