KOSY Appart'Hôtels - Coeur de Ville

Really good room, with a kitchen and a nice bath. They’re making the place even more bicycle friendly, too. The woman checking us in was excited to tell us about the building work planned to improve the bike storage and access.

We had booked and paid months in advance, but never got the entry code for Kozy's. Jerome Y from booking.com tried to reach the property for us, but couldn't get through, so we found somewhere else to stay. Then Kozy's said they had no room for us, even though we'd already paid. We couldn't believe it. I'm 73 and my sister is 74, though I suppose that doesn't matter to them. They said they would refund us. We'll never go back, and now I have doubts about the places booking.com recommends too. That's our experience with Kosy's.

The breakfast was poor and expensive, and the woman serving it wasn't nice. The lift and door system are old, and there are no stairs. No one greets you when you arrive, everything is handled with codes. It doesn't feel reassuring if something goes wrong and you need help, since nobody seems to be there. This isn't a hotel.

I spent two years here as a student and really valued the stay. The studio works well for students, and its location in the city centre, close to the train station, is a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it.
