Every staff member I met went out of their way to make everything easy, enjoyable, and memorable. The staff are amazing, the best ever! The location is wonderful, it’s very clean, and there were even more amenities than I expected. The décor is fun, too. The fresh breakfasts have a great range and plenty of choice, and they’re a must. BW Hotel Graslin has spoiled me. I won’t stay anywhere else in Nantes now, and it’s set a very high bar.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and high-quality options. The rooms were lovely, spotless, and well maintained, and the reception staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Nantes Hôtel Graslin. The hotel’s distinctive Jules Verne design gives it a charming, special atmosphere. A great choice for a stylish and comfortable visit to Nantes. Highly recommended!

We were really happy with our stay. The room was lovely and clean, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

The reception team were friendly and professional. Lea was especially helpful: she spoke with us in English and explained how to get around Nantes, including the best transport for each place. Hugo was kind and very capable too. The hotel itself is small and cute, with Jules Verne literature themed throughout the decor.
