The staff were lovely, very nice and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. A lot of it seemed local and homemade. The rooms had plenty of space, the hot shower was lovely, and the location was perfect. We'd book this hotel again if we visit nantes.
Breakfast was wonderful, especially the delicious homemade preserves. The hotel also had local specialties for sale, which came in handy when most shops were closed on Sunday and we wanted to shop. The front desk staff were delightful, very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer and highly recommend it. The location in central Nantes made it easy to walk to the castle, machines, and restaurants. Our rooms were spacious and clean.
The location is "formidable"! This is the kind of place you wish every hotel could be. The welcome was warm and caring, the staff attentive and friendly, and it was cyclist friendly too. Everyone who works there helped make the stay so hospitable. Long live the Hotel Opera Voltaire! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
The personnel were friendly and helpful, and the location is quite central. But the rooms are super small, almost impossible to move around in.
We had a lovely night here. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide choice of local produce. Our room was spotless, and the hotel is on a quiet street close to the city centre. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and they sorted out a small issue straight away. Highly recommended.
