Our deluxe double was spacious and very comfortable, with lovely facilities: a coffee machine, robes, slippers, toiletries and a safe. Breakfast was delightful. I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon with some fresh bread. The staff were wonderful, especially Monan, who suggested sights and restaurants. We ate at Chez Franklin, a lovely and very popular spot. The hotel is beautiful and right on Place Graslin. I’d highly recommend it.
10/10
The entrance has a grand feel, with a charming hint of faded opulence. Our room was clean, and the towels and bathrobes felt luxurious. Reception were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the night receptionist also tended the bar. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
8/10
The decor had a great vibe, and it’s a wonderful location. Staff were friendly and quick to help. I liked being able to open the windows as well as having AC. Breakfast eggs were a little undercooked, but the coffee was good. The only thing missing from the room was body lotion.
10/10
Everything interesting is within walking distance, and breakfast had a nice range with good local products. The service really stood out: the staff were welcoming, helpful and available. Special thanks to Simon & Manon for being so kind.
10/10
The room, location and everything else were great. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff deserve a mention for being so friendly and helpful.
