We felt misled by the photos on the hotel website and in the brochures. Both rooms were in terrible condition, with dirt throughout: the balcony door was black with grime, the balcony itself was too dirty to sit on, the shower and toilet had mold and black dirt, and even the room entrance, switches, and fans were filthy. The kitchenette was broken and poorly maintained. The corridors and elevator entrance were dirty too, as was the hotel entrance. The facilities were very old. Outside, the neighborhood had homeless people and drunk people shouting and making noise all night. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I won't make the mistake of staying with sejours et affaires again. For more than 130€ a night, the service was terrible, and the rooms were too small and uncomfortable for a family of four. Cleanliness was nonexistent. I got no email before arrival explaining how to get the key, and when I arrived at night I had to call to find out. They had forgotten, as they admitted. I asked several times for the room to be cleaned and only got promises. Even the trash bags weren't changed during my 5days stay 😩. There are many hotels around in similarly good locations.

Right in the city centre. The nearest transit stops are City de congres and Hotel Lieu Unique.

The room was basic and could use a proper, thorough clean.
