For a one-star place, I suppose the dated 90s decor is no surprise. Everything feels worn and awkward to use, which also makes it hard to keep the materials looking clean. The bed was fine, apart from the plastic mattress cover, which was coming apart. Breakfast is in the bar, so it gets a little noisy. Cheap for a night, and that's about all.

An adequate welcome at this hotel and bar. A few small maintenance jobs are needed: the shower screen leaks a bit, the hose is damaged, there’s air in the heating pipes, and noise comes through the bedroom door. That’s why I’m giving it four stars.

We only stopped for a coffee, but they were very welcoming and the toilet was really clean.
