The location was just right, tucked on a peaceful street but still close to the town center and beach. Clemence was lovely and shared useful tips and recommendations for Nice. La Villa Leonie felt like a dream, with so much history and care put into preserving its original character while adding modern appliances. I'd absolutely stay again if I get the chance to return to Nice.

There was a really welcoming, homey feel here, and the people running the place were so kind and attentive. We were very happy with our stay. It's well located for public transport, the beach, and all the attractions, and help was always there if we needed it. We'd definitely recommend it! ❤️

The garden was beautiful and a lovely place to sit, and there's an elevator in the villa. Our stay exceeded expectations: the villa was cozy and clean, the host was kind and helpful, and we had a great time. The location was excellent, with lots of shops nearby. We'd absolutely recommend staying here. It's a must-try!

Clemence met us in person, showed us how to use the gate and explained the parking, then gave us a tour and a map marked with nearby beaches, places for the dogs, a supermarket, and a bakery. We were three friends traveling with two large dogs, and the room had plenty of space for us, our things, and the dogs. It had a small kitchenette and one large room with a single bed and a queen bed. Access was easy, and we felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay and would book again if we're back in Nice. Our room looked out over the garden, and the street was quiet while still being close to everything, so we walked everywhere. We'd start our morning runs on the Promenade des Anglais and end up in the Old Town for berries and coffee. The hospitality was great, and staying here made us feel like we were in our Marie Antoinette era, haha. Highly recommend. Merci Villa Léonie!
