Confiance Immobiliere - Spitalieri

I've worked with this agency for years on both apartment sales and rentals. Recently I tried to arrange a usual appointment to show a couple of apartments that might need managing, and we set a time a few days later that suited Pamela. Then, just 12 minutes before it was due to happen, she cancelled the appointment for that day without explaining why. Since then, nobody at the agency has contacted me, and I have no idea why I'm being ignored. The service, or lack of it, feels extremely rude, and it's unsettling that I've never been given any explanation.

After we booked an apartment, we cancelled, but they immediately took the full amount from my bank account, which was against the law. I emailed them a couple of times and got no reply. Then I called four times and spoke with them, but I'm still waiting for my refund, even though they promised it would arrive within the next 48 hours. I feel like they ripped me off. My advice is to stay away from these cheaters.

They don't respond.

REAL ESTATE TRUST feels more like REAL ESTATE DISTRUST. One of the agents acts very strangely: he tells you one day that you're accepted, then the next day you're out. It's a bizarre, dubious way to do business.
