The place felt warm and welcoming, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well organized. The staff were attentive, professional, and very welcoming throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time and would happily return. Definitely recommend it.

Agoda confirmed they had no contact with the hostel, and I had to sort the whole thing out through them. The hostel never emailed me or canceled my reservation. Even though I canceled in good faith so another guest could use the room, I was still charged the full amount. In an exceptional situation, they showed little empathy and wouldn't discuss a compromise. It feels like the focus was on profit over customer care, and the hostel could effectively earn twice from the same booking.

The location worked well for us, around 15 minutes from the beach and old town. The rooms are lovely, with bunk beds, lots of outlets, big opening windows, and they were very clean. We did get our room a bit late because they were short staffed, but they gave us free breakfast tokens to make up for it.

I've stayed at Hotel Ozz twice now, and I'd happily come back again. The atmosphere is welcoming and the location is central and convenient. Rooms are clean and organized, with big lockers for keeping your things secure, and breakfast has a decent range of simple options to start the day. The staff are kind and professional, always willing to help. Léa, Samir, and Emil deserve a special mention for their attention to detail. Really recommend it.

A real gem in central Nice, with a laid-back communal space and a chilled vibe. The harbour and beach are easy to reach on foot, and the main High Street is just around the corner. Amazing place, highly recommend! X
