We ended up sick and on bed rest, and even the food wasn't good. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The waiter was rude and unprofessional from the start. He spoke badly about us in French to other guests, apparently assuming we wouldn't understand, and shouted and mocked us because we hadn't ordered more. He told my father to leave when he didn't want a drink. Then, while we were still at our table and other tables were available, they gave our table away and told us to get up and leave. We were shocked and speechless, but he kept talking about us to everyone in the restaurant for not ordering more. Then he spat. The whole thing was hostile and humiliating, completely uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

The atmosphere and setting were lovely. The Tartare was really tasty, and the chips were the standout, some of the best I've had in a long time. The Entrecôte, though, was too rare and very chewy.

We were drinking beer and hadn't ordered food yet when a man started yelling at us and humiliating us in front of the other guests. He more or less physically pushed us out, then loudly told other visitors to sit at our table because “these non-eaters are leaving now.” Aggressive, awful behavior. Stay away unless you want to be publicly humiliated.

We weren't told that we had to order food, and couldn't see any information saying so. The waiter made a huge scene about it in front of us and other guests, which was really uncomfortable. He was rude and talked negatively about us, apparently assuming we didn't understand French. Avoid this place.

It was a frightening experience. The people working there were passive-aggressive, and I wouldn't trust the food if the waiter decided he disliked you for some random reason. Stay away.
