Palais Promenade AP4166 by Riviera Holiday Homes

My friend and I were walking nearby and stopped in. Kevin showed us around and shared the hotel’s history. He was a perfect host, and the customer service was clearly top-notch. The hotel is beautiful, with thoughtful decor and exquisite attention to detail. We’ll treat our friends and family to a stay here when they visit us in Nice.

I wasn’t even a guest, but Kevin at the front desk treated me with real kindness. I was stranded in Nice without phone service and exhausted from wandering. He welcomed me in, gave me access to the hotel Wi-Fi, water, and a towel, then showed me to the bar downstairs where I could wait for my Uber. He even offered to arrange the hotel driver. I feel very lucky I walked into such a generous, welcoming place. Thank you so much, Hotel Petit Palais!

We loved the view from our room, which looked out over all of Nice and the French Riviera. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and every night we had a lovely cocktail in the downstairs bar, where breakfast is served. Getting to the old town, the French Riviera, and the art galleries was an easy walk. Everything felt just right, from the decor, toiletries, and cleanliness to the location and staff. Phillip and his assistant were both so friendly and welcoming that it felt like home. Thank you.

We came back to the Petit Palais after 14 years, and somehow enjoyed it even more the second time. Phillipe is a wonderful host, knowledgeable, welcoming, and engaging, and his team are incredible. The hotel is comfortable and well placed: close enough to walk all over the city, but quiet enough to sleep well. See you again soon.
