I booked through booking.com for a stay at the end of the month. The next day I got a message telling me I had to cancel or they would inform the border police. I have no idea why, and it felt directed at my nationality. I found a comfortable stay at better places like Novotel instead, where service, staff and customer satisfaction matter. I wouldn’t recommend this to international travellers.

The hosts were fantastic and gave us all the information we needed for exploring Orleans and carrying on with our trip in France. We had an excellent room, spacious, clean and modern, with a stocked mini fridge and everything in it was free. The neighborhood is quiet, yet the old city center is easy to reach on foot. Superb location. Can recommend 100%.

The studio apartment was tastefully done and very quiet, and there’s safe, secure parking. We were given a very warm welcome.

Our dog was welcome, and we had private parking in the enclosed backyard, so everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent. We only stayed one night while passing through, but would book here again if we’re back in the area. Thank you, great!

The owners were especially lovely, always available and happy to share stories about their travels. I’d return without hesitation. The house feels rural even though it’s in the heart of the city, about a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. My room was beautiful and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a bright, practical bathroom.
