Domaine St Ferreol

The place is lovely and the food was very good, which makes our experience hosting our children's baptism there all the more disappointing. We had the property to ourselves from noon until midnight, but nobody from the staff was there after 5 pm. The manager began clearing up around 9, while we were still with our guests. She even scolded the children for sitting on the little swings by the pool, saying, “If you fall, it's my responsibility.” It felt like she simply wanted us gone. Getting the pool cover closed was a struggle too. I had to give an ultimatum ten days before the event, even though it was legally required and I wanted the parents to have a peaceful day. When we arrived, Charlotte's daughter barked at us for not parking where she wanted us to. No hello or welcome, just that, which was an awful first impression for us and our guests. The manager's communication was a real problem throughout. She seems to expect customers to do things exactly her way and doesn't listen to what they need. We won't return, and our guests won't be leaving good reviews either. Such a shame, because the venue is pretty and the food is good, but the customer experience was disastrous.

That mountain view from the guest room was magical. We got married in April 2025, and the venue had just the right charm, peaceful feel, and friendly atmosphere for a wedding. The team was always available and attentive, and helped make our evening unforgettable.

The rooms were comfortable and practical, with lovely decor. We got married at Domaine St Ferréol 15 days ago, and the enchanting setting made for a magnificent day. The manager was warm and professional, always attentive, full of good advice, and very accommodating. I'd highly recommend the venue for an event.

A magical weekend celebrating our daughter's wedding at this magnificent estate. Laurence, Charlotte, and the whole team put so much dedication into it and helped make the wedding truly exceptional. Thank you all.
