I wouldn't recommend staying here. The bed seemed to have some sort of contamination, and it got onto my fiancée's hand. I attached a photo because it was concerning and, to me, unacceptable for a hotel. Breakfast was included in what I'd paid, but on arrival I was told it wasn't served on Sundays. Since the next day was Easter Monday, there was no breakfast then either, and this hadn't been clearly explained beforehand. I ended up paying another €38 to get breakfast elsewhere. It was frustrating to be charged for something that wasn't provided, especially alongside the hygiene issue and lack of accountability.

The rooms are roomy and practical, though a little dated, and the price is good. Englis de Pantin Metro on line 5 is right next door; Gare du Nord is about 15 minutes away. I could get where I needed with just one change, and I'd stay again.

The apartments were spotless and self-contained, and the area felt safe. Reception was staffed around the clock. It's a bit outside town, but with a tram right at the door and the underground just one stop away, this little gem can save you a packet. Highly recommended.

The kitchen had everything we needed for a 15-day stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was handy for the metro and river. There's also a laundry on the first floor, paid separately but convenient, plus a market outside every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday selling vegetables, meat and even clothes. The cigarette smell, especially at night, was unpleasant. The place needs a deep clean and renovation, and better internet and office furniture would help.
