DO NOT STAY, PLACE HAD BEDBUGS. It’s now 2 months later, and I’m still trying to get a refund for the time I was meant to stay. This whole experience has been unbelievably unpleasant. 3 MONTH FOLLOW UP: Still no refund. They keep mentioning “contacting a manager.” I can’t stress enough that people should avoid this place. You’ll be throwing money away on a dangerous, unsanitary room. 6 MONTH FOLLOW UP: Still nothing, just more talk of “contacting a manager.” Please take this warning seriously and steer clear. They take ZERO accountability for poor hygiene or the risks to customers, and they don’t return your money. Stay at your own risk, but once you’ve paid, it seems you’ll never see that money again, no matter what happens.

WS LOUVRE CASANOVA - WS ROOMS: An unacceptable stay because of a bed bug infestation. We spent one night here in June 2025. The next day, my partner and I found multiple bed bug bites. We contacted the property immediately. They acknowledged the problem by phone and promised compensation, but despite repeated follow-ups by email and phone, we never got a concrete solution. More than a month later, all we’ve heard is vague talk about “waiting for a manager's approval.” They’ve shown no regard for the itching, stress, sleepless nights, or fear that we might bring the bugs home on our belongings. Booking.com was informed but hasn’t resolved it either. I strongly advise against booking here. They’ve shown no accountability or care for guests, even with a serious health concern. Also, the roof fan doesn’t cool the room at all, and it spreads dust everywhere.

The location may be good, but I was completely disappointed with the apartment. The photos were very misleading, and the place was extremely dirty. The bedsheets were dirty too. We told the host and nothing was done. They didn’t even provide basic things like liquid soap.

The pictures made this place look far better than it was. The room was tiny and dirty, with dirt in the bed and under it, and the sheets smelled like last week's rotten food. The shower was filthy and its soap dispenser was empty. Lights, switches, fans, and walls all needed a proper cleaning too. There are 63 steps up a circular staircase and no elevator, plus a step at each room that my friend tripped over. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and we had to use four different entry codes just to get into the unit. Customer service was unacceptable. A hostel would've been better, and this was absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointing.
