You could hear people walking or showering in their rooms straight through the walls. There is absolutely no sound insulation. The hotel and rooms are very small, and I don't see how it can deserve three stars. At best, I'd rate it one.

The rooms were good enough, and the staff were AMAZING! Breakfast let us down, but there are plenty of local places to eat. The area has a lovely neighbourhood feel, with lots of good restaurants nearby.

We ended up sleeping in the cold because reception said that's just how the system works. The room was freezing in October, and the centrally controlled air conditioning couldn't be set above 24°C. When we raised it, all we got was “I'm sorry,” with no attempt to find a solution. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort, that was ridiculous. Absolutely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I asked for a late checkout ahead of time, and the hotel initially confirmed it. On the day I needed it, they suddenly said they were fully booked and couldn't offer it, even though I was willing to pay extra. The last-minute reversal caused needless inconvenience and showed poor coordination and reliability. They shouldn't confirm a request and then take it back without a proper solution or compensation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Our room even had a small balcony with a view of the eiffel tower, and the area was very quiet. After our first hotel didn't have air, this one accommodated us on the spot. The central air in each room worked lovely. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us navigate the metro. Kamal was the sweetest. Great location, everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.
