We’ve stayed at the Apolonia three times over the years, and were happy to start our France vacation there again. The neighborhood has a lively, diverse feel that we really enjoyed. Staff were friendly and professional, and offered ideas for nearby restaurants. Our room was small but very nice, and seemed to have been renovated recently. It’s part of the Best Western chain. Breakfast wasn’t in the rate, but we added the €14-per-person option and liked the hot and cold buffet. We had a very pleasant four nights in Paris’s Latin Quarter.

The room was on the small side, and there wasn’t much space, but I’d happily stay here again. Reception were incredibly sweet and went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, we slept well, and the shower was really good. The area is full of great restaurants, cafes, and markets. It’s busy and crowded, but the street noise didn’t bother us at all. The service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Many thanks to the staff.

The location made this stay easy: Metro, a small grocery shop, laundromat, cafes, and restaurants are close by, and Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Seine are an easy walk. There’s also a pretty square a block away with sidewalk cafes, good for people watching. We were on the second floor in October. The room was tiny but had what we needed: a small fridge, Nespresso machine, safe, big towels, hairdryer, TV, lots of lights and outlets, and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and the hotel was very clean. We skipped breakfast, so can’t comment on it. The shower hose had a permanent kink that made the nozzle hard to control, and without a door the bathroom got wet. The lift was very handy, since many small hotels don’t have one. Front desk staff were friendly and let us store our bags when we arrived several hours before check-in. All in all, a nice hotel in a great spot.

We were very happy with our three nights at Hotel Apolonia in October 2025 and would come back. The location was the best part: it’s on a lively food street with lots of international options, in a pedestrian zone without traffic noise, and the nearest metro is only a three-minute walk away. Staff were friendly and the rooms spotless. One little thing: with the window open, the air conditioning units from nearby rooms are quite audible. It didn’t spoil the stay.

I felt really safe traveling solo here. The staff were welcoming and helped me a lot, and my room was super clean and comfortable. There are subway stations nearby, plus loads of cafes and restaurants right on the hotel street. Great place to stay, I’d definitely recommend it.
