We felt welcome the whole time. When staff saw my face fall at the rain, they brought me an umbrella. We checked out early for the airport and the receptionist offered us coffee for the drive. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and observant, and our spacious, lovely room had all we needed. It’s a five-minute walk to the arena, so this is a great option for a show there, and we’d absolutely stay again for that. Some other sights are a bit out of the way, but transport links are nearby and an Uber wasn’t too expensive. Our Uber to CDG airport was about £35. All in all, a great stay for us.

We stayed here in 2025 and left a bag of clothes in the room. Even though we paid for shipping and were promised they’d send it, we never got the bag back. If you can, I’d choose another hotel.

We arrived to find that someone who wasn’t a guest had got into our room and been using it as their own. The night manager didn’t seem very concerned. He said, “sometimes this can happen and people follow behind guests,” then let the person leave and seemed more apologetic to them than outraged they’d entered a guest’s room. At first, we were fobbed off with offers of food or drinks while they cleaned the room. They only seemed to treat it as urgent after we kept expressing how upset we were and how worried about hotel safety. We’d been travelling all day with two young children, and felt we couldn’t stay knowing random people might get into rooms, so we arranged somewhere else. We had to insist strongly on a full refund. After a while the night manager agreed to tell the day manager to issue one, and we’ve since been told it’s being processed. I’ll still be asking for a further explanation and reimbursement for what it cost us to find alternative accommodation at short notice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. What became clear to me was that there’s some sort of “backhand” selling of rooms when people check in later and management assumes they’re a “no show”. An absolute disgrace.

The rooms are okay, and the Metro is within walking distance. There’s a good brasserie 30 meters.away. Staff are friendly, though not always professional. Ask for a room away from the elevator because it’s noisy.
