After three nights were planned, we had to leave on the second day because the noise was unbearable. The soundproofing seemed almost nonexistent. We could hear every word from neighboring rooms, their TV, toilets flushing upstairs, and shower pipes. It was so loud and constant that we felt like the ceiling might collapse. Resting or sleeping was impossible. At 11:30 pm I went to reception to complain. The staff member said there was nothing he could do, apologized briefly, and said he’d leave a note for the director to see the next morning. No one contacted us or came to speak to us the following day. This wasn’t a normal hotel experience. If peace, privacy, and basic comfort matter to you, avoid this place. It felt like sharing a room with every other guest.

A few weeks ago I booked a room on the hotel website and received a confirmed reservation. The payment didn’t seem to go through as their stated policy suggested, so I wrote to check that everything was okay with the booking. They replied by cancelling it without giving a reason, and have never explained why. This has hit us hard with our trip just around the corner.

There was urine on the bathroom floor when we arrived on the first day. The bathroom was tiny, to the point that you basically had to use it with the door open. Its exhaust fan was broken, leaving a bad smell in the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The shower temperature kept swinging every 15 seconds from scalding hot to freezing cold. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and a terrible choice for a honeymoon.

A nightmare of a hotel, run away. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, from showers and toilets to conversations. The front desk manager lies without missing a beat.

I called before booking to ask specifically about AC, and they confirmed they had it. When I arrived, there wasn’t any in my room. Reception told me it had been fixed and should work, but when I came back that night it still didn’t. I sweated all night and had to go get a fan. The next day, the manager was very disrespectful and said she couldn’t do anything. Horrible experience.
