We booked a room on Booking.com at a price that looked too good to be true, 20% of the rates shown on the hotel website. It turned out not to be a real rate. Within 24 hours, Booking.com cancelled our reservation because its platform had been hacked. It was inconvenient, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We were told the hotel had received 1,500 fraudulent reservations through the hacked platform. We own a hospitality business in the US, and the flood of one-star reviews they’re getting seems unfair. It’s bringing down the overall rating of what seems like a very nice hotel. We’re leaving this review in response and hope they sort it out quickly.

We loved opening the large windows to the courtyard during our April visit, when the weather was perfect. Some rooms also have a small terrace outside. The room was small but usable, and the king bed was a welcome sight. The hotel sits on a quiet street off the Seine, within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre, and many other major attractions. For our 35th anniversary, they left champagne and a note in our room. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was French continental, and they’d scramble eggs if you asked. I’d highly recommend the Prince de Conti.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Prince de Conti, and I’m grateful to the whole team and management. The welcome was exceptionally warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere truly elegant. It’s very family-friendly. We especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast, a peaceful and lovely way to start the day. We’d gladly return.

The staff were a fabulous team, from the front of house answering our questions to the porter and the gentleman in the breakfast room, who cooked our eggs perfectly. Our children loved the board games, and we liked the matching high chairs for even the youngest guests. The decoration is thoughtful and top tier, and the hotel feels like a luxurious, modern take on 17th-century Parisien style. We had a wonderful stay.

Aymerick and Jade made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel was clean, modern, charming, and quiet at night. I appreciated having plenty of places to put luggage in the room, as well as a baggage room. The location is everything, just a quick walk from Odeon or pont neuf.
