Appartement Paris Tour Eiffel

Breakfast was one of my favorite parts, fresh and delicious, served in a charming room with big windows overlooking the Parisian streets. Hôtel La Comtesse Tour Eiffel also has a calm, stylish atmosphere that was nice to return to after exploring. The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean and comfortable, with lovely design that felt refined but still welcoming. Waking up with the Eiffel Tower in the background was unforgettable. The hotel feels elegant and warm, and it’s just steps from the tower with stunning views. For a Paris stay that brings together location, comfort, and Parisian charm, I’d happily come back and recommend it. 💫🇫🇷✨

The room was a little smaller than the photos led us to expect, but it didn’t really matter given the atmosphere and service. Everyone was polite, and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything was perfectly clean. I fell for the balcony view, it was an absolute wow! 😍 If you’re after a Parisian feel and a clean place, this is it.

For a first trip to Paris, I wanted to see the Eiffel Tower as much as I could, and the balcony view was worth every penny. Watching it at sunset and when it sparkles at night was so nice. The hotel itself is quite good too, with a great location near a metro and taxi stand, and Rue Cler close by for plenty of good restaurants. The amenities were great, including the bed and shower. The staff were very attentive. Five stars plus.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We booked three rooms, and I’d specifically asked through the travel website for two single beds in one of them. When I came early to leave our luggage, they accepted it, but the woman at reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming. At check-in they said they hadn’t received the twin-bed request, so that room couldn’t be changed for the first night. I understood and asked for two singles the following night instead, and they agreed. By around 2pm the next day, nothing had been done. Reception said housekeeping had knocked, but they’d gone to the wrong room. We had rooms 103 and 104, and all three rooms were ours. Reception had told us room 103 could be converted, but housekeeping knocked on 104, whose guests didn’t answer because they thought it was a mistake. When I explained the mix-up, the man at the desk was rude and defensive. He said they had “misinformed the room number” to us, as though we were responsible. I told him it wasn’t my job to know which room could be converted. That was the hotel’s responsibility, and guests shouldn’t have to sort out internal communication failures. The communication was poor, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and nobody took responsibility. The service was very disappointing. Hospitality means owning mistakes and treating guests with respect, and neither happened here.
