Hotel Ares Eiffel

The area felt safe, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the famous, beautiful Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. We stayed for five days in mid October. The friendly staff were helpful, breakfast was included and fresh, and I loved the cappuccino maker. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a really nice shower. Our room was lovely, and its opening windows gave me the Parisian feel I was hoping for. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again on my next trip to Paris.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, and I’d stay here again. I’m only giving four stars because weather canceled our flight and it was rebooked for the next day, so we had to change our hotel reservation. They saved and adjusted it, but switched our room even though the rest of our trip dates stayed the same. We ended up in a tiny room with no good view, instead of the larger room we’d originally expected, which was supposed to have an Eiffel Tower view.

We spent two weeks here in September and would stay again. The hotel is charming, with small rooms as you’d expect, but they were very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had been updated. We had a little terrace that was mostly useful for getting fresh air, and the AC worked well on the few hot days. The beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast every day and found it well worth it, with fresh food, a good choice of eggs, meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, and fantastic coffee. The breakfast staff worked very hard, and housekeeping was always meticulous. The front desk was pleasantly staffed and helpful. It’s a bit off the usual tourist radar, but easy to get around from here: near the Eiffel Tower and Metro, within walking distance of the left bank and the Seine. A few nice cafes frequented by locals are just a block or two away.

My wife and I had a great stay at Hotel Ares Eiffel. The service was friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean, compact, and comfortable. Shops and restaurants were close by for whatever we needed. The hotel is also near the Eiffel Tower, and only a short walk from a Metro station that connects three lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
