Hôtel Parc Saint Séverin

We stayed for two nights and would definitely return. The room was clean and in good repair, and the staff were kind and patient with English-speaking tourists. Cathedral Notre Dame and Saint Michael are conveniently close, with restaurants an easy walk away. We arrived by taxi, which was easy.

When I realized I’d left a piece of jewelry behind, I sent a panicked email. Ludvic went to look for it right away, then calmed me down within five minutes by confirming he had found it and would mail it home to me in the US. I’m especially grateful for that. From check-in, my visit to the Hôtel Parc Saint-Séverin was great: the gentleman there upgraded my room, had my bags brought up, and gave useful advice on avoiding the unfortunate but inevitable pickpocket in Paris. He also shared a list of great restaurant recommendations in the Latin Quarter, and we had amazing meals at the places we tried. The staff were friendly throughout. I’ll recommend the hotel and return next time I’m in Paris.

After three months of travelling through different countries, we hadn’t found service to match the team at Hôtel Parc Saint-Séverin. From the minute we arrived, Elina and Adam welcomed us so warmly. The glass of champagne was lovely, but their heartfelt welcome meant even more. Adam was there during the day with a genuine smile and was always ready to help. In the evening, Amir greeted us warmly. We loved coming back “home” to have a quiet drink in the lounge and chat with him. He made us feel relaxed and welcome. With so little personal interaction in hospitality these days, the care from Adam, Amir and Elina made this stay special. Breakfast was just perfect too, with great freshly baked croissants. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and air conditioned. The location was perfect for restaurants and wine bars, and it was easy to walk to everything Paris had to offer. Such a great location and a wonderful team. Thank you, Adam, Amir and Elina, for making us feel so welcome.

The Deluxe Room with Terrace was clean, spacious and very nice. It’s larger than a standard European hotel room, though that came with extra cost. The terrace was excellent, with a close view of Église Saint-Séverin and the tops of the Notre Dame towers behind it. There’s a table and two chairs for coffee or wine. Service was hospitable, and the central location made a good starting point for many attractions. It was also very crowded, with lots of average restaurants catering to tourists.
